I finally finished Apple Brown Betty yesterday.
Sorry this is not a very good photo of my finished beauty. It was very windy outside and the photos taken inside did not turned out that great.
This was a Quilt-Along Cheri @ Quilts by Cheri was hosting earlier in March on her blog. My finished quilt is 12 3/4" x 13 1/2". I am happy it is all done and I'm making a sweet doll pillow and pillow case to go with it.
If you have been wanting to sew a alphabet quilt, she is hosting a quilt-along and my grandson has already put in his order for one.

Kathleen Tracy has a great tutorial on her blog for a Sweet Doll Pillow and Pillow case. Also, for this month's small quilt challenge she has picked from her book Remembering Adelia, small Charming Coins quilt on page 49. This is a great project to used up some of those scraps sitting around.

Today at the Calhoun County Guild meeting, I presented my show and tell for the very first time. I was a bit nervous and not in my comfort zone. I showed my Red, White and Blue Dresden Block and table runner. Also, my Chaty Cat and Paper Piece Tree block from yesterday's Think Christmas Blog Hop. The ladies are wonderful and so supportive.
Thank you ladies!
Okay, I am closing now, my blog has been acting up and I'm calling it a day.
Hope you enjoyed your visit today and have a wonderful evening. I have been one busy bee and in need of a long vacation, but I can dream!
Until next time,
Judith, Texas
